Information you provide

When you contact BitForge, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, project requirements, budget, and preferred timeline. We use it to respond, discuss your project, and prepare a proposal. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

If you call or email us directly, we also receive the contact details and information you choose to share in that conversation. The website contact form does not ask for a phone number.

How the website works

The contact form sends enquiries using EmailJS and its connected email service. Project previews are delivered through Cloudinary. Your browser shares technical information, including your IP address and request details, with the services that deliver the website and its media. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Browser storage

The site uses local or session storage for navigation state, sound preferences, form drafts where supported, and submission cooldowns. You can clear these through your browser settings. Clearing storage may remove a saved draft or reset preferences.

When deployed on Vercel, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and a small set of interactions such as opening a service or successfully sending an enquiry. The events contain category labels only and never include your name, email, project message, budget, or questionnaire answers. Custom interaction events are skipped when Global Privacy Control is enabled, and the integration does not use advertising profiles.

Access and retention

Enquiries are available to the people and service providers handling your request. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage an agreed project, and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the enquiry and any resulting agreement.

Your choices

You may ask us about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for optional communications by emailing support.bitforge@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and retain information where the law requires it. Avoid submitting information about other people unless you have permission.

External links and updates

Links to project demos, social platforms, and other websites lead to services with their own policies. This notice may change when the website or its data handling changes. The update date appears above.
