THE PROJECT BRIEF

The problem: Restaurant operators struggle with fragmented reservation systems and sluggish POS interfaces that create order bottlenecks, miscommunicate table statuses, and slow down front-of-house staff during peak dining rushes.

What we built: BitForge designed a responsive, unified operations system focusing on ergonomic layout hierarchy, instant visual state recognition for table occupancy, and low-latency interaction models across both desktop terminals and mobile handhelds.
