Using this website

These terms cover your use of bitforges.dev. You may browse our work and contact us about a project. Do not use the site to send spam, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access.

Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or reserve capacity. Scope, deliverables, price, payment stages, review rounds, delivery, intellectual property, and support are set out in a written project proposal or agreement before work begins. That agreement governs the project. Any change to agreed work must be discussed and confirmed in writing.

Pricing and payment

BitForge project prices range from ₹599 to ₹5,99,000. This is a broad range, not a fixed price for a listed service. Your written proposal sets the actual price, inclusions, payment stages, and any third-party charges before you commit.

Review rounds and delivery

Project review rounds can be provided. The number, timing, and scope of those rounds are agreed in the project proposal. Delivery time varies by project and depends on its scope, required materials, integrations, and feedback. The proposal records the expected schedule and method of digital handover.

Cancellations and refunds

BitForge does not provide voluntary refunds for purchased digital services. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or raise a concern. Any cancellation and amounts due are handled under the written project agreement. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Portfolio and demonstrations

Portfolio entries describe selected work. Screenshots and demonstrations may show sample data or a particular stage of a product. They are not promises of specific commercial results, delivery dates, or features for a new project. External demos may change or become unavailable.

Content and ownership

Website copy, branding, code, and media belong to BitForge or their respective owners and licensors. Viewing the site does not grant permission to redistribute or sell these materials. Third-party trademarks and project materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

Information you submit

Provide accurate contact details and only share material you are authorised to provide. We handle enquiry information as described in our privacy policy. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive records through the public contact form.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep website information accurate, but content may contain errors or change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. External websites and services operate under their own terms. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
