Refund and cancellation policy

Digital services

BitForge provides digital project services. Physical product returns and exchanges do not apply. Project scope, price, payment stages, and review rounds are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

No voluntary refunds

We do not provide voluntary refunds for purchased digital services. This policy does not remove any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Cancellation and concerns

If you want to cancel a project or believe work does not match the agreed scope, contact us promptly with your project details. We will review the concern and the written agreement, discuss the work completed and any agreed review rounds, and explain the next steps. Any cancellation and amounts due follow the project agreement and applicable law.
